Our price for express support is £50 an hour for London zones 1&2. We will analyze the problem and, if possible,t fix it then and there. If it’s more difficult we will estimate the cost and give you a quote.

If you need Express weekday support after 8:00pm or at the week-end, the price is £70 hourly for London zone 1&2.

Our engineers will visit you in your own home and reinstall windows for you, bringing you improved speed and performance. The whole process usually takes about an hour and a half depending on the type of machine.

If you require data to be backed up beforehand, this can also be arranged. Reinstalling windows will wipe your entire hard disk so please remember to take a backup of your important files before using this service. If your computer will not start - don't worry, we can still get to the files for you as we also specialise in data recovery.
